Murmur is a Windows desktop app that offers support and companionship for neurodivergent people, helps manage thoughts and records activity history.

The software is provided and maintained by Xuelian Li under the Murmur name. As the seller of record, Waffo Pancake handles payments, invoices, applicable sales taxes and refunds; the Murmur operator is responsible for the software, licensing, activation code delivery and technical support.

• The free trial lasts 14 days in a row and starts online. Reinstalling doesn’t start a new trial on the same computer.
• Early access is a one-time purchase. One activation code is for your own use on up to 2 computers.
• Early access includes every future desktop feature and AI features that run on your own AI key. Optional content packs and any hosted AI service offered later are sold separately.
• After activation, Murmur checks your license online and works offline for up to 30 days after the last successful check.

Your refund rights under applicable law and Waffo Pancake’s rules are preserved. If your activation code does not arrive or you have a problem with the product, please contact us. Once a full refund is confirmed, the original activation code is disabled.
